So awesome I want to keep it to myself but…
These studios are my home away from home! Especially perfect for a single female who wants to be comfortable, and safe. Communication with staff is professional, easy and quick via text. Units are super clean. Everything is provided; just bring your clothes!

Great Local SB Location

Perfect Location
The Appartement is located very well in a quiet street, street parking ist pretty easy, you can walk down town about 10 mins or take the car (3 mins to public parking). The room could be a bit spacier, but it is well equipped and maintained so we would recommend it!

Cute and comfy
The place is very cute and comfy. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. Micro, fridge, coffee maker, dishes and wine glasses are there for your use. What a great location. We could walk down state street for food, shopping and entertainment. Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay
Felt like home, very clean and comfortable, loved the self check in. There was water, chocolate and coffee for the morning - nice touch. Great location and very quiet too, will definitely come back

Great location
Great location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The house was clean and had all the necessities you may have forgotten. The check in process was so easy and the owner/staff was available for any questions and concerns that we had. Even though it was street parking only, we never had any issue getting a close parking spot to the house! Overall all it was such a great stay in a very beautiful house!

Perfect Accommodation for our Needs
The room was very clean and comfortable. Location placed us within walking distance of the downtown pedestrian area. The staff was very helpful and communicated promptly and courteously. We experienced some street noise so took advantage of the sound machine provided. We were particularly happy with the helpfulness of the staff.

The location is wonderful and street parking is fine. Facilities and amenities are wonderful. I would have appreciated a table to sit at and eat but there is no room in that unit for a table (I did see one in 6C). Instructions on setting up the TV would have been helpful. Communications before and during my stay were very helpful. Not having a key, but a combination was very handy. Nice place.

Nice place to stay!!
It is close to everything, the location is prefect!! Everything was nice and clean. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood but it is really easy to find somewhere to park! My only complaint is that you do hear people walking above you all the time even late at night and early morning & if you’re a light sleeper you’ll wake up in the middle of the night to people walking or moving things around for whatever reason. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for a concert at the Arlington Theater which is walking distance from the room. We were able to enjoy all the shops restaurants and bar and simply walked back to our room when the night was done. The place is super cute and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I stayed at Casa Valerio for 1 night during my road trip from LA to SF after thanksgiving holidays! I found all I need there and service provider is top! only one thing is the chk in time which is quite too late ;)

Wonderful little studio!
This is a nice, compact space that is really well designed and located right off State Street E side of 101. It’s in a nice neighborhood and we loved the cute little patio along with the beautiful interior. Best of all they take 1 pet! It’s hard to find pet friendly places that are so nice! We will definitely stay again, great price for the value🤩

Stylish and thoughtful
This space and location were perfect for the two days/1 night we spent in SB. I was worried about the street parking but we found a spot in front of the Casa every time. The small patio is great for a snack or glass of wine. Inside the kitchenette had everything we needed for a quick snack or morning coffee. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets soft. There are thoughtful touches like beach towels, ear plugs, and an extra blanket if you get cold. Public Goods bath products smell amazing and contribute to a spa-like feel in the bathroom. The Casa was fully booked when we were there but the sounds from other units were minimal, and the street was quiet when we were there, so we enjoyed a quiet peaceful stay. I'll definitely book again.

Perfect downtown spot
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect downtown location. Unit was very clean and well equipped. We were in the bottom unit and did not have any noise issues as other reviewers shared. We would def stay there again.
