A home away from home!
I don’t want to rave too much because I want to keep it to myself but it’s too good! All one needs is a change of clothing as this cozy jewel has everything, down to a first aid kit and lantern in case the power goes out! The cleanliness, comfort, and the communication with the host company are all A+. I particularly appreciate the eco-friendliness of this property.

Wonderful stay
Great location and had everything you need for an extended stay that feels like home away from home. State Street is on the corner and you can walk into a bustling area with tons of shops and restaurants within minutes. Very safe neighborhood with easy parking.

Lovely, quiet, and safe residential location that's close to downtown. Personally love the aesthetic and design of the whole property, inside and out. Really appreciate their effort to minimize plastics and single-use products. Great customer service support - had a small issue with the door lock at 11pm and was able to resolve it quickly with their friendly (human) phone support. Already planning my next stay at Casa Valerio!

Overall Stay
I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog and the stay was amazing. The distance to the restaurants were only a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. The room was perfect for a couple and a dog. I definitely recommend this place.

Better than a hotel
Such a cute cozy place to stay, everything was clean and really nice. We will definitely be coming back. The privacy alone makes it better than a hotel but everything else about the space just made it 10x better!

Great spot— we were close enough to everything we wanted to do. Quick access to the public bicycles which were pretty much everywhere. Coffee, restaurants, breweries to our heart’s content.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Valerio (6D).The location is great; we walked to the ocean, restaurants, museums and the library. We were a bit concerned about the size of the space because our stay was for 2 weeks. Even though the unit is small, it is very well designed and we had more than enough space and had everything we needed. The staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Very excited about this find in Santa Barbara
My mom and I had a really lovely stay at our Casa Valeria unit. We loved the location and the access to downtown. The street is very quiet and relaxed which was ideal. Running a bath felt really nice and the sheets and comforter on the bed are great. I found the mattress to be too soft and wished some filtered water was supplied because the tap water is very chlorinated. The size was great overall and the television was impressive! Everything was incredibly clean and the room was very charming. I would certainly go back!

Easy comfortable stay
Despite its size, it has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable night close to downtown SB. Parking, easy and free. Check in, easy. I like the auto door lock, felt very secure. Lastly extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and if we come back to SB we will come back here.

Prachtig verblijf in Santa Barbara. Net alsof het voor een nachtje je eigen huisje is. Locatie is prima. Je kan voor de deur gratis parkeren. Netflix op de tv maakt het ook een pluspunt. Ik zou zeker terug gaan.

This stay was great! The location is great, the studio has everything you need and is very clean. Although our coffee machine stopped working during our stay, the staff worked quickly to fix the situation!

A few suggestions
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Valerio and would recommend it to others. There are a few details that would improve the experience and make the accommodations more comfortable. Please see list below: - Put in a dimmer switch for the bedroom and bathroom LED lights - Put hooks in the front entryway - Hang a shelf or a rack in the bathroom to increase counter space - Put a mirror in the bedroom - Umbrella for table and chairs in front, it gets quite hot in the sun - Leave extra garbage bags - Extra dishtowel - Small dish drainer or pad for drying dishes

Mother/ Daughter Mother’s Day getaway!
Great stay at Casa Valerio this past Mother’s Day weekend. Quaint unit with amenities to serve a weekend away. Finding a parking spot was always easy and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to amazing restaurants and of course that big beautiful ocean. Easy and timely communication with our hosts prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!!
The room was very clean and had own private relaxing outside area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! The only thing that I didn’t like was that they have a late check in at 4pm, but I understand they need time to clean the unit. Other than that, it was great! I’d book again!

Beautiful Unit!
We loved staying here! Beautiful, clean, comfy, pet-friendly and centrally located place to stay in Santa Barbara. The unit has its own private entrance with easy access. Ziprent was very thorough and clear with the instructions provided for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!!
